
Sanofi, a global healthcare company, aimed to inspire employee engagement and strengthen its brand identity in preparation for the upcoming Paris 2024 Paralympics.
The project focused on developing compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) materials, establishing new visual styles, creating ready-to-use templates, and fostering participation from key company influencers.
The six-month initiative was a resounding success, significantly boosting employee engagement, enhancing Sanofi’s reputation, and contributing to a more positive and inclusive company culture. It also achieved record levels of employee participation in Paralympic-related activities through social media and volunteer initiatives.
