PastBook offers an effortless one-click experience to "automagically" print your digital pictures, no matter where they’re stored. They required a new identity to elevate their brand and its communication.
The logo combines elements of digital and print media, featuring a book that resembles an arrow pointing back to the past. Purple, often associated with magic, was chosen as the brand's primary colour to evoke the seamless and almost magical nature of PastBook’s one-click experience.
For the rest of the brand assets, including the website, photography was paired with illustration to give every touchpoint a unique and customized feel. Tone of voice guidelines were also developed, adopting a more approachable and friendly style.
